Service Description
Yoga for pregnancy will help expectant people to connect with their rapidly changing bodies and new relationship to self and the world. Use this time to build strength, confidence, and connection to yourself and your baby.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to any private or group classes and 7 days prior to any workshops or series in order to receive a class credit. It is the discretion of The Garden to determine if a refund will be issued in place of a credit/transfer. No refunds will be issued for cancellations prior to 48 hours/7 days, respectively.
