Service Description
Enjoy this time to connect to your body, your baby, and your community. Gentle class appropriate for the postpartum phase* Props will be provided, but feel free to bring a blanket that your baby is familiar with and a small toy. *Please consult with your care provider before beginning/resuming physical activity postpartum.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to any private or group classes and 7 days prior to any workshops or series in order to receive a class credit. It is the discretion of The Garden to determine if a refund will be issued in place of a credit/transfer. No refunds will be issued for cancellations prior to 48 hours/7 days, respectively.
